I think you should read the book, "Dinosaurs Before Dark" from the Magic Tree House series by Mary Pope Osborne because when Annie and Jack went in the tree house, they discover that the tree house was actually a magic tree house. When they went in it they saw many books! They saw a dinosaur book, and the magic tree house took them there. But then they saw a T-Rex and he was about to eat them... you'll have to read to find out what happens!

"The Bad Beginning" chosen by Skylar and Lauren
"The Bad Beginning" by Lemony Snicket is about 3 children named Sunny, Klaus, And Violet Bauldelaire. One day there parents died in a fire and they were left as orphans. Violet was the oldest who loved to invent, Klause the middle aged one loved to read all kinds of books, and Sunny just loved to say random words out loud. Their banking accountant, Mr. Poe, found a supposedly good place to live, but there was this terrible man named Count Olaf. Count Olaf is the meanest man ever. He made them all stay in 1 room, fed them gross food, and treated them like scums. This book is a good choice, but it also uses new words that you probaby never heard of before!

I reccomend the book "The Everafter War" by Michael Buckley which is the last book in a series called "The Sisters Grimm" (you should probably read the other ones first). Two sisters, an annoying fairy, and all of their family are having a war with everafters. Everafters are fairytale creatures. There is non-stop fighting so it is action-packed! I love reading about this book, it keeps my attention and it is so suspensful annd foreshadowing! Read to find out what happens!

"Plum Fantastic" from the Sugar Plum Ballerinas series by Whoopi Goldberg is about 4 girls who take ballet every day after school. "Raymond and Graham Rule the School" as Mrs. Burtis's Best Book Pick
Raymond and Graham Rule the School by Mike Knudson is all about kids that are in their last year of elementary school (this is 4th grade for this school). They try their hardest to "rule the school" and be the coolest kids around. They go through some whacky adventures and find out that life isn't all about being the coolest kids or having the teacher they have always wanted. Raymond and Graham show you that friendship is often the best part about school.
