"Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day" byJudith Viorst
This book is about a little boy whose day starts off badly. He gets gum in his hair, drops his sweater in water, doesn't get a toy in his cereal, and many other things. He just continues to believe all bad things are happening to him throughout his day. This book helps me see the importance of being in control of my feelings and carrying my own weather. It's a great book to help us understand that we all have bad days and there is always tomorrow.
